Email your picture to us at:  info@realitychecktshirts.com and if we decide to use it we will send you a permission form for you to sign and send back to us. You must be over 18 to sign the form or if you are under 18 you must have your parent’s permission and have them sign the form.  If we use your picture we will send you a free shirt of your choice. Be creative and have fun!

Exchanges and Returns
You may return your purchase for an exchange or refund of purchase price for any reason within 30 days from purchase if it has not been worn.
Shipping and handling charges are only refundable if the return is a result of an error made by us.
Refunds will be issued to you by crediting the account used to make the purchase. 
Please contact us before returning merchandise to get a return of merchandise number.

please write your return of merchandise number, size, design request, and the reason for the exchange
on the back of the original packing slip and send the shirt(s) with the packing slip to the address below.

FOR REFUNDS
please write your return of merchandise number, reason for the refund on the back of the packing slip
